A) Terms and conditions for the Unrefined Riches Instagram Story giveaway from September 19, 2025

3. Competition period
The competition starts on Instagram with the live posting of the story on September 19 , 2025 at 2:55 PM and ends with the automatic disappearance of the story after 24 hours on September 20, 2025 at 2:55 PM (CET) .
4. Wins
One winner will be drawn on Instagram from all correct answers received . The prize is:
- 1x product (the product that is produced in the associated story and which the participants are supposed to guess) - The answer to which product it was will be revealed on 22.09.2025 via Instagram Story.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
5. Participation requirements
Participation is via Instagram. To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Follow the Instagram account @unrefinedriches
- Leave your answer to the question about which specific product is being shown being produced in the associated story in the question sticker.
6. Profit Determination & Notification
- One winner will be drawn on Instagram from all correct answers received to the question sticker .
- The winner will be determined at random from all correct answers.
- The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram within 7 days of the competition ending .
- The winner must reply to the message within 96 hours and provide their shipping address.
- If the winner does not respond within the deadline, a new winner will be drawn.
7. Shipping of the prize
- We ship worldwide.
- Unrefined Riches covers the shipping costs
- Any import duties or additional taxes outside the EU must be borne by the winner.
8. Data protection
- The personal data collected as part of the competition (e.g. Instagram name, name and address of the winners) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition.
- The data will be deleted after the prizes have been sent and will not be passed on to third parties.

The competition starts on Instagram and TikTok on September 3 , 2025 at 7:00 PM and ends on September 11 , 2025 at 12:00 PM (CET) .
4. Wins
Four winners will be drawn on Instagram . The prizes are:

- If a winner does not respond within the deadline, a new winner will be drawn.

C) Terms and conditions for the €100 monthly giveaway
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by:

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in Germany or within the EU. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation period
The competition takes place monthly. The participation period begins on the first day and ends on the last day of each calendar month at 11:59 PM.
4. Participation and procedure
Participation is achieved by filling out an entry form (https://form.typeform.com/to/pJhngRDe?typeform-source=dkbr8i4aqul.typeform.com). Only one entry per person per month is permitted.
5. Win
We raffle off a €100 voucher monthly among all valid entries. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
All other valid participants will also receive a €5 voucher for the Unrefined Riches online shop (excluding the winner of the €100 MONTHLY GIVEAWAY).
6. Determining and notifying the winners
The winner will be notified by Determined at random from all valid entries .
The winner and all other eligible participants will receive their vouchers via email within 7 days of the end of the entry period (winner = €100, all other eligible participants = €5). If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
7. Data protection
To participate, personal data (e.g., name, email address) will be collected. This data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will be deleted afterward, unless legal retention obligations apply.
