I had an allergic reaction to one of your products. What can I do?

We are very sorry to hear that you had an adverse reaction to our product. Just like with food, everyone's skin reacts differently. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at: kundenservice@unrefinedriches.com

Together we want to find out which ingredient might have triggered the reaction, in order to support you in the best possible way and avoid further skin reactions.

Can I use your products during pregnancy?

First of all: Congratulations on your pregnancy! The female body is doing amazing things during this time and is changing every day. This can also lead to new skin needs or intolerances.

Many of our products contain skin-friendly and gentle ingredients suitable for expectant mothers. However, since every body reacts differently, we recommend that you consult your dermatologist or gynecologist before use.

You should be especially careful with the following products, as they contain retinol or salicylic acid: [W]ASH AWAY PERIFYING GEL CLEANSER, BODY [A]PEEL RENEWING GEL EXFOLIANT, HYPER G[L]O RENEWING NIGHT GEL.

Do your products contain microplastics?

No. None of our products contain microplastics. We place great importance on skin-friendly, environmentally conscious, and transparent formulations.

I have a specific skin condition or sensitive skin; can I still use your products?

Our customers, with their diverse skin types and needs, report positive experiences with our products. Our regular product tests also show that 97 percent of our testers are satisfied and report that our formulations support skin function.

However, if you have existing skin conditions or sensitive skin, we always recommend consulting a doctor first. Your dermatologist can check the ingredients and advise you individually on whether you can use the products.

Not all products are suitable for sensitive skin. Our Black Soap, for example, has a more intensive cleansing action and is therefore not recommended for very sensitive skin. A gentle alternative is our Shea Soap, which was specially developed for sensitive skin types.

I have acne, can I still use your products?

For skin conditions like acne, we generally recommend that you consult a doctor first. Our products are neither approved nor advertised for the treatment of skin conditions such as acne.

However, we receive very positive feedback from some customers with acne regarding the use of our products. You can read these reviews at any time on our review page: Reviews .

Who are your products suitable for?

Our products are suitable for all skin types, colors, and textures. The only exception is our Black Soap, which is not recommended for dry or sensitive skin. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

How long will it take before I see results?

You can usually notice initial changes after about four to six weeks. Every skin is unique. Consistency is key. We recommend consistently and patiently integrating our products into your skincare routine.

Are all your products vegan?

Yes. All our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and clearly labeled as such. We stand for conscious skincare without animal-derived ingredients.

My package has arrived, but some products are missing. What should I do?

Our packaging system is designed so that a shipping label can only be generated once all ordered products are included in the package. Therefore, incomplete shipments are technically impossible. However, if you suspect that any products are missing, we urge you not to discard the shipping box.

To initiate an investigation with our shipping provider, we need the following information from you:

  • Photos of the entire box, inside and out
  • Photos of the products received

Please send this evidence to our customer service department within seven days of receiving your order: kundenservice@unrefinedriches.com . We will then take care of your request immediately.
